Are you looking for an easy peach cobbler? If you like peaches then you’ll absolutely love this peach cobbler recipe. When many people think of cobbler, memories of messy Dutch-oven cookouts come to mind. However, there’s nothing messy or difficult about this cobbler recipe. That’s because it only requires three ingredients, and it’s so easy, a kid can make it (under the direction of an adult). Make it as a dessert, an evening snack, or even a breakfast! And even though the cobbler is amazingly delicious by itself, add just a dollop of whipped cream and you’re in for a real treat.
The secret behind this recipe, which has taken the internet by storm, is the Betty Crocker boxed yellow cake mix. Be sure, though, to pack down the cake mix after you dump the peaches into the pan. The cake mix needs to be packed down so it will effectively soak up the peach syrup. And that’s right, you’ll need peaches that are canned in syrup, not water.
Oh, and did I mention that this rich dessert has relatively low calories? Well, it does! At less than 200 calories, you’ll have no guilty feelings after eating this easy peach cobbler. Now go have some fun and make this today!
